      Return procedure

      You have the right of withdrawal, you can register a return 30 days after receiving a product and send us the product in its original packaging. We distinguish between items you want to exchange (because you prefer a different variant) or simply return a product.

      Return from Great Britain costs are €9,95 and are at your own expense.




      Conditions for returns

      • You bear the risk of the return shipment in case of loss. Optionally, you can insure the shipment during the return procedure.
      • Products are returned within the 30-day trial period, which begins on the day after receipt of your item(s).
      • The item is, as far as possible, in original condition and in factory packaging.
      • At Trailergigant, we want to make returns as easy and economical as possible. Thus, you can create your own shipping label for the return shipment.
      • Products weighing more than 30 kg cannot be returned with a DPD label. Please contact Customer Service in this regard . Different and higher return costs also apply.

      Exceptions for returns

      Not all products can be returned. The following products are not covered by the 30-day trial period:

      • Custom-made items. Cut-to-size items, such as breast bar/bully bar or cut to size cable. 
      • Items that are damaged or incomplete through no fault of our own.
      • Branded items whose packaging is missing or (seriously) damaged.

      Return and warranty procedure

      To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter by post, fax or e-mail), by post to Aanhangwagendirect, Pompmakker 3, 8447GJ Heerenveen, the Netherlands, or by e-mail to [email protected]. For compliance with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


      I have ordered/received the wrong product, what should I do?

      We are happy to solve this for you. To do this, we ask you to file a return report in our returns portal.. We will assess your report within 24 hours.



      I want to return my order and get my money back, how do I do this?

      We like to make returns as easy as possible. To do this, we ask you to make a return notification in our returns portal... The return costs are €9,95 You can print a return label and checkout directly yourself. After receipt of the return we will refund the full purchase amount.  

      My product was delivered damaged, what should I do?

      Annoying to hear that the product was damaged. TrailerGigant wants to deliver quality and sound articles in ditto packaging. You can easily return the damaged product and exchange it for a new product. For this, we ask you to make a return notification with an explanation in our returns portal We will respond within 24 hours with a suitable solution.

      Where can I find my order number?

      You can find your order number in the subject line of the order confirmation, your shipping confirmation and on the invoice and it always starts with ORD. You can also log into your account and find the order in "my orders".

      Where can I find the status of my return request?

      After registering your return, we will keep you informed of the status by e-mail. In the confirmation e-mail of your return request, you will find a button that allows you to see the status at any time. You will receive the e-mail from our Returnless portal. Of course, our customer service team can also help you at any time.

      How long does it take for my refund to reach my account?

      After receiving the return in our warehouse, you will receive the purchase amount back into your account within 3 working days. This is done by payment provider Mollie, quoting the order number.
